SHIPPING METHODS

 In our company, we offer reliable and fast shipping methods. Within Greece, orders are dispatched via Geniki Taxydromiki, ensuring prompt and secure deliveries. For international shipments, we provide options through DHL (standard and express) as well as the Greek Postal Service (ELTA).

We ship worldwide, and the shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process once the required information is filled in. This ensures accurate and transparent shipping charges based on your location.
 
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, often the same day, depending on availability and order volume. Since our products are handmade in Greece, in rare cases, processing may take 7-10 business days. In such cases, we will ensure to inform you promptly. Thank you for your understanding!
Personalized orders are processed within 7 business days from the order date.
In exceptional circumstances, when there is a high volume of orders, we will contact you with an estimated processing and shipping time for your order.
Once your order has been shipped, a written email will be sent with all shipping details to keep you informed.
