Returns & Replacement of Products
You have the right to return purchased products and ask for their replacement when :
a) Leather shop sold a wrong product (wrong ordering, pricing, shipping).
b) Damaged during transport. (Only after written note on the Invoice and immediate evaluation / confirmation from staff of the transport company upon delivery).
For these cases maximum time refund may not exceed three (3) calendar days from delivery. In all cases above, the product to be refunded hast to accompany the original sales invoice. Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure that all products are packed with careful manner in order to be collected without damages. If you receive a product without informing our company for any defect, it means that the product has been delivered, received and accepted unconditionally.

Order completion - Checkout:
After completing an order, the invoice and billing document is sent via a confirmation e-mail.
In cases of wrong pricing in the website, you will be informed prior to shipment with the right price and can either accept the new price or cancel the order.
Shipments of orders are made with courier service of ‘Γενική Ταχυδρομική’.
Product prices are valid for online purchases through our online store.
For direct purchases from our store extra weight, transport and cash on delivery charges are excluded.

DELAY OF ORDERS
The ordered product has cleared and is not available:
Among the products that we display in our shop there might be rare cases where a product has been removed or is unavailable . On these cases our staff will contact you and offer other alternatives.
In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, the delivery of the products might be affected.
Cancellation of orders can be done only for the following cases:
Before the completion of an order during the online ordering process you can press the 'Back' button located on the bottom left of your screen . By "clicking" it, it automatically stops the ordering process.
If you have completed the online order but the product has not been shipped yet, by calling 0030-210-3214077 and one of our associates will take the cancellation of the order.
